Whirlowdale invests in its commercial team

As part of our continuous improvement programme, we have recently invested heavily in our commercial team

This includes creating a dedicated national Customer Service Department. The new department will enhance continuous improvements and service levels throughout Whirlowdale. The experienced team is responsible for all aspects of the business, from stock allocation to tracking the drivers.

The sales force has also undergone a recent change and improvements have been made to ensure our nationwide coverage and Key Account Management. The committed sales force have already shown their strength in securing both new and existing business.

Buying is a vital part of our business and we have also recruited a National Buyer to oversee all purchases, from new and used pallets to the tools and machinery needed to guarantee the quantity and quality required.

As a team, the focus is centralised on customer services and providing workable solutions in an ever changing market environment.
