Whirlowdale Trading Company has donated to two local charities during the Christmas period.

Whirlowdale Trading Company is delighted to confirm donations to two local charities this Christmas.

'tache for cash
After raising over £900 during the ‘Tache for Cash campaign in November, it was decided that the money would be split to help out 2 local charities.
True to his word, Managing Director Andrew Pearce, has matched the total amount raised meaning that overall amount amassed by Whirlowdale is £1800 for charity.

£100 of this money was spent on Christmas present for deprived local children who may not receive much this Christmas. The charity “Cash for Kids” is a nationwide charity, with Whirlowdale contributing to the Sheffield branch of this association via Hallam FM & Magic AM.

The balance of the money raised is going to a local Alzheimer’s society.

Whirlowdale would like to thank everybody who took part in ‘Tache for Cash, and especially those who kindly donated. You can see the results of our hair-raising efforts here!
